The National Office of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union is pleased to announce that the membership of the NPMHU has voted to ratify the terms of the two-year extension to the 2000 National Agreement between the National Postal Mail Handlers Union and the U.S. Postal Service.

All votes were verified and counted on May 20 and 21, 2003 in Washington, DC, in the presence of observers and under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. The final vote tally, subject to minor adjustment prior to final certification by the AAA, was 14,403, in favor of ratification and 1,268 in opposition to ratification.
