COLA OF $250 ADDED TO BASE WAGES

The third guaranteed cost-of-living adjustment to be paid to all mail handlers under the 2000 National Agreement has been set at $291, based on changes in the National Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period running from January 2003 through July 2003. This COLA of $291 was added to wages effective September 6, 2003. The resulting pay charts are reprinted be below:
