COLA OF $312 ADDED TO BASE WAGES

The first guaranteed cost-of-living adjustment to be paid to all mail handlers under the 2000 National Agreement has been set at $312, based on changesto the National Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period running from October 2001 through July 2002. COLA of $312 will be added to wages beginning on September 7, 2002. The resulting pay charts are reprinted below:
