NPMHU 2004 National Convention

An election by secret ballot is being conducted among the eligible voters of Local Union No. 311 for delegates to the 2004 National Convention of the National Postal Mailhandlers Union to be held in Boston, Massachusetts from Monday, August 23 through Saturday, August 28, 2004. Ballots are to be mailed on or about February 25, and returned and counted on March 19. Local Union No. 311 will select sixteen (16) delegates to attend the convention.
